This website, talcwish.com (the “Site”), is operated by Ekrsahfic INC under the brand name Talcwish. In these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), “Talcwish,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ekrsahfic INC.

These Terms govern your use of the Site and purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Our Store

Talcwish sells diamond painting kits and related products through the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products and process orders.

You must use the Site lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You may not interfere with the Site, introduce harmful code, or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights.

  1. Product Information

We aim to describe our products and display their images, prices, options, and availability accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Please review the information on the relevant product page, including the selected size, design, and any stated kit contents, before placing an order.

If we discover a material error in a product listing or order, we will contact you where appropriate and explain the available options. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

  1. Orders and Availability

After you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide. An order may be subject to payment authorization, fraud checks, and product availability.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, order information cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item or order to the original payment method.

Please make sure your contact and delivery information is correct. If you need to change an order or address, contact support@talcwish.com as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once processing or shipping has begun.

  1. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Product prices and the currency displayed for your region are shown on the Site. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and related conditions are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If there is a problem with your shipment, contact us at support@talcwish.com so we can review it with you.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return or exchange, the applicable time limits, return shipping arrangements, and how approved refunds are issued. Please contact us and follow the return instructions we provide before mailing an item.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Talcwish or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated. You may use the Site for personal shopping purposes.
